For 10 years, I have helped brands maintain the digital storefront by delivering premium e-commerce imagery at scale. My approach is rooted in technical problem-solving; I specialise in refining streamlined, automated workflows that guarantee site-wide consistency. Below you'll find a summary of my most notable clients & my role there.
Net-A-Porter - Senior Retoucher / Head of Training
As a Senior retoucher for 6 years here, I've easily worked on tens of thousands of images in categories such as: e-commerce, fine jewellery, close up beauty and homeware.
I spent my final years in the editorial team where I honed my retouching to deal with the finer details, be it removing tricky arm hair or complex object removal, it was the perfect training ground for me to practice my techniques. Alongside this I was in charge of training new retouchers, managing schedules and creating actions for the team.
Safiyaa - Retouch Manager
I have managed Safiyaa’s e-commerce imagery for the past five years, overseeing the entire post-production pipeline: from on-set colour matching to final quality control. Managing six seasonal drops annually, each exceeding 500 images and hundreds of complex colour variants, I ensure every upload is consistent, high-quality, and strictly aligned with brand standards.
Safiyaa are very particular about fabric & colour combinations remaining exact, even if the fabric is shot years later. To maintain absolute colour accuracy across years of shifting trends and multiple photoshoots, I developed a bespoke workflow using Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries. This system allows for the instantaneous synchronisation of colour references across hundreds of active files. By implementing this architecture, I significantly reduced administrative overhead for myself and my retouching team while ensuring unparalleled visual consistency across the entire site.
Holzweiler - Senior Retoucher & Manager
Holzweiler, the leading Norwegian clothing retailer, is another one of my ongoing clients where I manage all of their e-commerce campaigns. They prefer a more natural approach of packshot photography and it’s an interesting shift from my more symmetrical focused clients. Much like Safiyaa, I handle all their campaigns all year around, with often 600-800 image batches & challenging turnarounds. I recently helped them rebrand their imagery and re-colour all old shots to create a new fresher feel.
Much like the rest of my clients, I have created the workflows that structure the retouch process from the ground up. Export processes, actions & scripts all work in unison to ensure all repeatable processes can be automated - allowing myself & the retouchers I manage to keep the process efficient.
